But I Don’t Want to Be a Word Whore Today
Yay: I get to work from home. I no longer have to work for people who don’t know how to run a business or treat their employees. I no longer have to beg for other people’s scraps. I decide how much I work and how much money I earn. Some of the work actually excites me. My office is two steps away from my bed. I work in my jammies while my dog lays at my feet. 
Boo: I can see my bed from my office; it calls out to me regularly. I’d rather be writing fiction, followed by a nap. Today’s writing assignments are about as exciting as cleaning my oven, or do they make me want to stick my head in the oven? Either way, I’d rather do one of those than write for money today.
